
Dr. Al-Khawaldeh brings over two decades of experience in advanced nursing practice, education, and healthcare innovation. He earned his PhD in Nursing/Health Services Research from UCLA, where he also served as a Teaching Assistant, contributing to the development of future nurse leaders. His academic journey includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Oncology from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from the University of Jordan, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult Gerontology Primary Care from CSU Long Beach.
Throughout his career, Dr. Al-Khawaldeh has held diverse roles—from Clinical Nurse Specialist in adult oncology to Pain Management Nurse Practitioner at UC Riverside and Genesis Medical Center. His clinical expertise spans regenerative therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), stem cell treatments, joint and muscle injections, and microneedling. He is known for his comprehensive physical assessments, patient-centered care, and culturally sensitive approach to healing.
As the founder of Key to Success, a nursing education and consulting business, Dr. Al-Khawaldeh empowers clinicians and patients alike through tailored educational programs, outreach materials, and legal documentation support. He has served as an Adjunct Professor and CNS Program Coordinator at CSU Long Beach, where he led curriculum development and mentored graduate students.

His current focus includes expanding access to innovative pain management solutions through SHIFA Regenerative Health Center, where he integrates functional medicine principles with evidence-based care.
